The UPS APA Web login is changing to use the UPS Enterprise standard, called UPS Enterprise Access Management (EAM). To continue accessing APA Web every APA Web user must register their emails with EAM. This email address will become your new APA Web User ID.
Important note:
An email address may only be registered/associated to a single Access Point Account and must not be shared across multiple Access Point Accounts. If a singular user has a need to login to multiple Access Point accounts a separate unique email must be registered for each additional Access Point.
Upon entering the UPS APA Web (URL) the user must select the "Sign in Using EAM User ID or Register email with EAM" Button
The User will be redirected to the UPS Enterprise Access Management page.
The following screen is displayed. Select -> " Sign up now " to register your email address.
The User will be redirected to the UPS Enterprise Access Management create new user screen.
The user must enter a unique Email Address to be registered with EAM.
After entering their email, the user must Press Send Verification Code. UPS will send a verification code to the email being registered.
Tip:
Make sure access to the email being registered is handy. The verification code is required to complete the registration.
The User will receive a verification code in the email provided. The user must enter that verification code on the Screen and press Verify.
Upon Verification the user must complete filling out the following fields and press "Create":
New Password
Confirm New Password
Given Name
Surname
EAM will then verify the email and password.
A successful email registration / EAM ID Creation will result in the system login into UPS APA Web and displaying the UAP associated to the newly registered email.
Logging in to UPS APA Web with an EAM ID
Upon entering the UPS APA Web (URL) the user must select the "Sign in Using EAM User ID or Register email with EAM" Button
The User will be redirected to the UPS Enterprise Access Management page.
The User Enters their registered EAM ID (Email) and Password.
The User Presses Sign In
A successful EAM Login will result in the system login into UPS APA Web and displaying the UAP associated to the newly registered email.
Unsuccessful EAM Login / EAM ID Creation
If the User receives an Unsuccessful Login Error from UPS APA, the user must contact UPS APMC Support:
